Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel an order by clicking on the Cancel link or on the button.

You will be able to cancel an order in 5 days from the time it is dispatched from the seller.

The product must be in its original packaging.

Refund and return Policy

Customers shall get a Refund against the Cancellation of the Order or any failed payment by way of credit to the original mode of payment – Credit/Debit Card, Net banking, or Third-Party Wallet in 21 days. No refund whatsoever will be made for any claim will be accepted that come after the specified days of your rider placement.

Refund against Return:

In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers can choose to get their refund on Return(s) through one of the below options.

The refund shall be initiated within 5 days from the date of return pickup.

Refund is credited to the Bank Account entered by the customer at the time of initiating the return request.

In case of transaction failure due to invalid bank account details, Amwaj reserves the right to refund the amount to the Wallet of the customer.

Refund credited to the Bank Account associated with the UPI IDentered by the customer at the time of initiating the return request.

In case the payment is made by Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or Third-Party Wallet, you may get the refund within 7 to 15 working days. It is important to note that there may be delays in refunds as they’re handled by the Bank.
